Outbound that survives /
an enterprise review.
Large organizations do not have one go-to-market motion — they have a dozen, one per product line, each with its own buyers, its own message, and its own reputation to protect. GTM OS runs outbound for that shape: isolated infrastructure per line, warmed before anything launches, and nothing sent until your team has approved the copy.
105
domains under management
Allocated and isolated per product line, so one line’s sending reputation can never affect another’s.
6,000
sends per day
Roughly 2,000 per product line, running in parallel — not a shared quota that lines compete for.
100%
campaigns approved first
Copy goes to your team for sign-off before distribution. No exceptions, no “we’ll show you the results.”
02
Nothing sends without your approval.
This is the first question every enterprise legal and brand team asks, so it is the first thing we answer.
the approval gate
Campaign copy is submitted to your team for review before any campaign is distributed. No campaign is sent without prior approval. Your information stays strictly confidential, and nothing about your organization is used as a public reference without written permission.
03
Infrastructure per product line.
A single sending footprint across many product lines is how enterprises end up with one bad campaign poisoning deliverability for every other team. We separate them from the start.
domain/isolation
Each product line gets its own allocation of sending domains. Reputation, bounce rate, and placement are tracked per line, never pooled.

warmup
Every inbox is warmed and warmup is validated before a line goes live. Launch happens after warmup passes, not on a calendar date.
gatevalidated pre-launch
volume
Roughly 2,000 sends per day per product line, scaled up only after the first performance review confirms the line is healthy.

crm/integration
Inbound leads route directly to the named owner by email and are captured in your CRM instance for tracking and follow-up. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft are standard.

How a pilot actually runs.
Enterprise engagements start as a scoped pilot on a subset of product lines. The sequence below is the standard path.
week 1
Infrastructure preparation. Domains allocated per product line. Inbox warmups initiated. CRM integration details exchanged with your revenue operations team.
week 2
Copy submitted for approval. Campaign copy goes to your team for review. Nothing is scheduled until it comes back approved.
on approval
Initial launch. Sending begins only after both copy approval and warmup validation clear — approximately 2,000 daily sends per product line.
weekly
Hot list delivered. The highest-scoring accounts and contacts of the week go directly to your named owner, every Monday.
+2 weeks
First performance review. Results reviewed against your numbers, then messaging, targeting, and campaign structure are iterated.
every 3–4 weeks
Ongoing iteration. Campaign structure is adjusted on a standing cycle based on results — not left to run untouched.
05
Reporting your team will actually read.
Detailed performance reporting is delivered weekly by email, and to Slack for teams that use it. Positive replies route directly to the inbox of the person who owns the account — not into a dashboard nobody logs into.
